P90Xperience Classic Day 11

1/10/10 YOGA ... Okay was a turning poing for me with this YOGA thing. I actually did 80% of the DVD. I did more upward and downward dogs than I've ever done. I feel myself getting stronger and stronger and I love it. I love and embrace the sweat! My body was actually shaking at one point....I'm surprised and very proud of what I accomplished in my second week. With my looking 2 Jehovah for guidance and strength..nothing is impossible. If you're doing this workout...keep at it....you will feel and see results! Only 79 more days to go!!! Yeah!!
