P90Xperience Classic Day 20
Day 20...KenPo....This was my second workout today and suprisingly I was able to get thru just about everything except the jumping. My legs were too fatigued for that. And that was because of my doing Monday's Legs & Back, on Tuesday a.m. My stamina is getting better, I'm able to more of this workout and my form is great. I'm gonna go to sleep after I finish blogging this little piece. My body is tired, and so are my muscles. Only 70 days to go........love the sweat!!!
