P90Xperience Classic Day 18
Day 18, and it wasn't a good day for me at all. I think last night I over did it. When time for YOGA came today, my arms were so fatigued! They were shaking in my upward and downward dog positions!!! WHHHHYYYYY??? lolololol....I could only do about 35 minutes today...but at least I did something. After my workout, I did noticed that I felt less sore...in fact...I am able to get up out of a chair without muttering that dreaded.......uuuuhhhhhhrrrrrrrggggggggg!! I get up now and say...oh my! Anyhoo....only 72 more days to go!!!!....love the sweat!!!

congrats! Asked my hubby (big jock/sports fan) about your aches...he said you're working into deeper muscles and the aches are to be expected. But be sure and wind down after exercising...and, from me, take calcium as it goes into the muscles and, hark, calcium contributes to weight loss! Keep up the great work!
